Still standing, this historic adobe structure is the oldest building in the state of Arizona. Today it serves as a peaceful gathering place for our guests to mingle and relax.
Meal times at Rancho De La Osa are focused around quality food and wine, while daytime activities include horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, nature walks, and birding. Other activities include cowboy cookouts, wine tasting dinners, cattle roundups, and informal western dance instruction.
The Hacienda, built between the 1830's and 1860's, today houses two dining rooms and four salon areas, with several fireplaces for guests' warmth and relaxation. The 18 adobe guest rooms are uniquely and vibrantly furnished with Mexican antiques. All rooms are ground level with separate entrances, private bathrooms, and most have a wood burning fireplace. All rooms are in close proximity to the pool, hot tub, corrals, and dining area.
In addition to being a unique destination for those interested in horseback riding, hiking, nature, history and the great outdoors, Rancho De La Osa is also a perfect venue for family reunions, small weddings, corporate retreats and themed weekends. | Photos: | | | | Association Affilliations: | | | | | | |
